(1)For each scenario, the calculations are based on the standard Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology, in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 and/or EN 15804 (A1 module). The calculated GWP (Global Warming Potential), expressed in kgCO₂eq, takes into account the difference between the environmental impacts of virgin raw materials and those of materials replaced, on the one hand, by recycled raw materials and, on the other hand, by Derbitumen APP and SBS blends produced at Derbigum’s recycling facility. References: EPDs for Derbigum NT and Derbicoat NT (EPD-NMD, EPD-DK, FDES-FR) (2017-2025), LCA of the recycling facility in Perwez (2021), the EcoInvent database, Eurobitume 2025 LCA, supplier LCAs where available, or recalculated LCAs.
